On behalf of our Board of Education, administration, faculty, staff, and students, thank you for placing your trust in us. We’re proud to serve over 800 students from preschool through 12th grade across Belmont County, and we remain deeply committed to providing an exceptional educational experience for every child.
At Bridgeport, we believe in preparing students not just for today, but for tomorrow. Our district continues to invest in cutting-edge technology, with all K–2 students having access to iPads and every student in grades 3–12 receiving a school-issued device for the academic year. But while we embrace innovation, our heart remains in quality teaching and relationship-centered instruction. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll feel the warmth of a welcoming, nurturing learning environment where every student is valued.
We’re excited to share that after a year of thoughtful planning, we’ve broken ground on The Bridge, our 31,500-square-foot expansion focused on workforce development, education, and health monitoring. This transformative addition will empower us to redefine what a school can offer its students and community.
In addition, we’ve expanded our College Credit Plus (CCP) program by hiring another highly qualified teacher, allowing students to earn up to 36 semester hours right here on campus. Our long-term goal is to help students graduate from Bridgeport with an associate degree in hand, giving them a head start toward their college and career goals.
Looking ahead to the 2025–2026 school year, we’re thrilled to offer free athletic passes to all PS–6 students, and to grades 7–12 students who join our Staying Clean Club. Sign-ups will be available at Bulldog Pride Night and during lunch periods in the first week of school.
As construction progresses throughout the year, I thank you for your patience and support. Safety remains our top priority during pick-up and drop-off times and we appreciate your cooperation as we build a brighter future.
